| LEAD SAFETY: RENOVATE RIGHT ITS THE LAW!
Beginning April 22, 2010 a new Federal Law requires any contractor performing renovation, repair or painting to homes with lead present to follow specific work practices. Lead is a major health risk. If lead is present we are required by law to follow Lead Safe Work Practices.
At R.M. Pena Inc. ALL of our installers are Lead Safe Certified and practice Lead Safe Work Practices.
